Nice to meet you...I won't bite...let's be mates? I want to share my fitness journey, music escapades and tips I've learned along the way with YOU!

I've had one of the busiest years of my career so far EVER! Blogging slowed down, work and life sped up and plot twisted on me! As a huge fan of compartmentalising I've had to streamline life a lot. With that said my top tour tips focus blog Beats With A Bite had to go. Firstly BWAB was supposed to be a blog for eating and being healthy on the road. Filled with cool tips and healthy recipes and products. As time went on I spent less time at home which meant less time in the kitchen. I'm also a 'home' chef. I love to cook but it's not that deep!!I love eating out too but the time needed to review restaurants and produce great articles was nowhere to be seen. Now I know what you're thinking "Beyonce has the same hours in a day". True. I'd just rather spend those hours on other areas..let me explain. Loving what you do is so fundamental and the truth is I loved the cooking and eating more than writing about it. Simple.As.That.On the other hand writing about what I do in my career is much more enjoyable because I've realised the information can serve as a compass to my younger self and be relevant to my peers. The talented, strong, individual and unique BGV's (Back Ground Vocalists) who want to work alongside other uber creatives.

Everything is now in one place, easier to control and much more authentically... me. To write is cathartic to me and this space will harbour my thoughts, advice and experience of my musical career and those of others. This space and my other social platforms may at times seem very work focused but that is because I let very few in but have so much to give and overshare in other areas. With that said I hope you enjoy my musings and we can get a good chat going! God knows I love to talk!
