For more than two decades, my career has been built around voices — performing, recording, touring and learning first-hand what it takes to operate at the highest level of the music industry.

I’ve had the privilege of working alongside artists including Kylie Minogue, Robbie Williams and Elton John, experiences that have shaped far more than how I perform. They’ve shaped how I understand artists, teams, preparation, longevity and the business that exists around the music.

Over time, my role naturally expanded beyond the microphone.

Today, I work across vocal performance and direction, artist development and management, while continuing to build The Vocal Code — the platform I co-founded to help vocalists understand not only how to use their voice, but how to build a sustainable career around it.

The roles may look different, but they’re connected by the same thing: understanding talent, recognising what it needs, and helping build the right environment for it to thrive.
